There are many recreational opportunities in and around Evian: you can rent sailing, rowing and speed boats (boat license required!). You can also take sailing lessons and water ski lessons. On the boulevard there is also a “center nautique” with several swimming pools. One of them is plotted in the lake. There are also high diving boards and there is a long water slide.

Just over the Swiss border at about 25 kilometers in Bouveret is the most beautiful tropical swimming paradise of Switzerland (AquaParc) with for the little ones a pirate ship and for the elderly several water slides. One of them goes down almost perpendicularly.
